Na Hulu Arts is a Kauai based business specializing Hawaiian feather leis and hat bands.  With an abundance of feathers and a passion for fishing they started producing Papio Flies using the extra feathers.  

They are a part of the Kauai Made Program which is county run and requires that at least 70% of the product is locally sourced on the island of Kauai.
